Refund Policy

At The Mimic Method, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Online Courses: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. There are no requirements regarding the completion rate of the course.
  • Private Coaching Sessions: Refund requests for coaching sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
  • Group Classes and Workshops: Refund requests for group classes and workshops must be made at least 7 days before the start date.

Delivery Policy

The Mimic Method offers digital products and services. Upon purchase, access to online courses and digital materials will be provided immediately through your account on our website. For private coaching sessions and group classes, you will receive an email with scheduling instructions and access links within 24 hours of purchase.

Return Policy

Since our products are digital and cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Services: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Private Coaching Sessions: Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
  • Group Classes and Workshops: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
